Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Executive or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Certification in quality control is a strong advantage (e.g. ISO 9000)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team.
- Proficient in Chinese English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
