Position Details:
- Language requirements: Fluent in one of the following Italian Polish Czech Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1C2
- Contract type: Permanent (contrato indefinido)
- Work model: 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)
- Field: Technical Customer Support cloud services SaaS digital tools and similar
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
- Training: Fully paid
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloudbased tools and platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat email or phone
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements
- Create and improve internal documentation and clientfacing FAQs
