Review and moderate usergenerated content in German across various platforms.
Ensure that content complies with community guidelines legal requirements and company policies.
Assess the accuracy quality and relevance of content.
Flag and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal standards.
Work with the moderation team to enhance quality standards and optimize processes.
Participate in regular training sessions and stay up to date with evolving content policies.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content moderation.
Requirements:
Native or fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Basic understanding of social media and digital content platforms.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus but not required.
