Job Title: AI Specialist YouTube Content Automation
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2750 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastpaced creative team at the intersection of AI and content production. The team is focused on leveraging emerging technology to streamline and enhance video workflows particularly in the YouTube ecosystem.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a technically curious and creatively minded AI Specialist to help supercharge our YouTube content production. You wont be making the videos but youll be the key enabler integrating AI tools to improve how scripts are written visuals are created and animations come to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation and wants to bring cuttingedge AI into practical everyday use for a highperforming creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate new AI tools relevant to video production (e.g. ChatGPT Runway ML Midjourney ElevenLabs Pika Labs).
- Build tailored prompts and lightweight automations to assist scriptwriters editors and designers.
- Support the animation team by identifying AI tools that aid 3D model generation or pipeline acceleration.
- Develop or help coordinate smallscale internal tool integrations (e.g. APIs internal dashboards).
- Partner with creative team members to identify workflow pain points and recommend AIpowered solutions.
- Create simple training materials or documentation to help teammates adopt new tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience using AI tools in a content creation context (especially YouTube TikTok or shortform video).
- Strong prompting skills with tools like ChatGPT Midjourney Runway ML.
- Technically intuitive and quick to test and evaluate new tools.
- High curiosity and creativity in solving workflow challenges.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with APIs or nocode tools (Python Make/Zapier OpenAI API).
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling workflows.
- Background in YouTube or video production environments.
- Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut Premiere Pro or Blender.
- Ability to document and train others on tool usage.
