Job Description

Admitted Attorney Legal Collections
Location: Randburg South Africa

A reputable law firm based in Randburg is urgently looking to appoint an Admitted Attorney to take over and manage a collections portfolio. The role is administratively focused supporting litigation and managing a call centre team responsible for recoveries related to credit products (e.g. credit cards personal loans).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal collections for consumer credit matters
  • Supervise and support call centre staff involved in debt recovery
  • Ensure litigation processes are followed accurately
  • Prepare and analyse reports manage data washing and documentation
  • Attend court when required for additional legal exposure


Requirements:

  • Must be an Admitted Attorney in South Africa
  • Prior experience in collections or credit litigation preferred
  • Comfortable in a structured adminheavy legal environment
  • Strong reporting skills and techsavvy
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities


This role is wellsuited to an attorney looking for exposure to litigation while operating in a more processdriven administrative role within the legal sector.
