Job Description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.

We are now interviewing for a fulltime Probate/Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney for a dynamic Coral Gables Firm.

A flexible hybrid work schedule is open for discussion!

Attorney Requirements:

Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida

Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant practice areas

Strong research and writing skills draft correspondence pleadings motions briefs affidavits settlement agreements contracts

Wellorganized and proven ability to meet deadlines

Selfstarter and able to work independently

Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure uptodate information is handy for other attorneys paralegals and support staff

Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings

Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action

Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
