Job Description
A leading AmLaw 50 international law firm is hiring an Associate Attorney with 3 6 years of experience in securities and investment funds law to join its highperforming Investment Funds group. This is a rare opportunity to work with nationally recognized leaders in REIT structuring public offerings and regulatory compliance all within a collaborative and growthfocused firm culture.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on the formation structuring and regulatory compliance of equity and mortgage REITs including both traded and nontraded vehicles
Navigate complex issues under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 including public offerings and periodic disclosures
Draft and negotiate offering documents registration statements shareholder communications and related transactional materials
Collaborate across practice areas (corporate tax real estate) to provide endtoend legal counsel
Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
JD from a toptier law school with a strong academic record
Bar admission in Georgia or New York (based on location)
3 6 years of relevant experience in securities and/or investment funds law
Deep knowledge of REIT structures including hybrid investment vehicles
Strong understanding of 1933/1934 Act compliance and disclosure obligations
Excellent analytical drafting and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to a highgrowth practice

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $260000 $390000 (commensurate with experience)
