Job Description
As the Traffic Manager youll be the heartbeat of our clients workflow ensuring projects flow efficiently between teams deadlines are met and resources are optimised. Youll liaise with account managers creatives strategists and production teams to balance workloads and ensure every project is delivered on time and on brief.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the flow of work through the agency from briefing to delivery.
- Schedule allocate and monitor tasks across multiple departments and teams.
- Track project progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve scheduling challenges.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
- Ensure deadlines budgets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers when required.
Only Candidates with a minimum of 5 years Agency Experience will be considered.
