Job Description
Position Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field
- Two years of experience in communications marketing event management
Performance Criteria:
- Develop and implement an enrollment marketing strategy that highlights the Districts programs and opportunities.
- Plan coordinate and execute community outreach events including open houses school tours registration events resource fairs and more.
- Meet with parents/guardians answer enrollment questions and provide a direct line of communication between the District and families.
- In collaboration with the Business Relationship Manager network with local businesses community groups and other stakeholders. Actively participate in community events and present on behalf of the District.
- Conduct research design surveys and facilitate focus groups to gather insight on community perspective and adjust outreach strategies.
- Work with the communications team to develop outreach materials and advertisements.
- Work collaboratively with the enrollment team to understand the registration process answer parent questions and monitor goals.
- Manage the Districts sponsorships and work with business partners to establish agreements and create new marketing opportunities.
- Perform related communications tasks as assigned and contribute to the communications teams overall strategic initiatives.
