Job Description

Contingent Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program setups for the machine to run

  • Fill out the logbook daily

  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently

  • Ensure the quality of the product with every batch

  • Set up dropper to drop in specified increments as stated on the signed data proof

  • Clear jams at the dropper

  • Keep all products in numerical order

  • Replace any torn carriers

  • Clean belts with water

  • General maintenance of equipment

  • Effectively communicates instructions to the Manufacturing Associate

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills (Word Excel Outlook) and ability to learn new systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Print experience preferred

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
