Customer Support Representative German or French Speaker PORTO
Porto Monday to Friday Onsite
Join a dynamic customer experience team in Porto where your language skills will make a real difference! Were looking for enthusiastic professionals who enjoy helping people and want to build a career in a multicultural environment.
What Youll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Deliver highquality support across phone email or chat channels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German or French (C1 minimum)
- Strong communication skills and problemsolving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
- Valid right to work in Portugal (EU ID residence card or relevant visa documents)
