Job Summary:
Our client a prominent airline is looking for a Vice Chief HR to support the CHRO in driving HR strategies performance management talent development and change leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the CHRO in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on HRrelated issues providing insights and recommendations for improving workforce performance.
- Design and execution of a performance management SOP to ensure employees goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent development initiatives including leadership training career progression planning and employee skill enhancement programs.
- Develop and implement effective succession planning frameworks to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness.
- Lead HRdriven change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions during business transformations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the CHRO to manage HR budgets workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and employer branding.
- Foster strong relationships between management and employees to enhance workplace harmony.
- Other duties assigned by the Chief HR Officer and the CEO.
Main Requirement:
- Minimum of 07 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a HR leadership role.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives and drive HR initiatives that impact business performance.
- Proficient in English and other language is a plus
- Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources Management or a related major (minimum requirement an upper degree is an advantage)
- Foreign Language: Advance English (minimum requirement an upper degree is an advantage)
