Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results focusing on AccelQ and SalesForce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand the system requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
- Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs using various testing tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
- Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with a focus on AccelQ and SalesForce.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Handson experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically with SalesForce testing or AccelQ automation tools.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB) is an advantage.
- Experience or exposure to other testing tools and platforms will be a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
