Hiring: Electrical Design Engineer Solar EPC (Ground-Mounted Systems)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2 4 years
CTC: 5 7 LPA

We are a leading Solar EPC company looking for a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join our Mumbai team. If you have hands-on experience designing ground-mounted solar power systems and are ready to make an impact we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Design electrical layouts schematics SLDs and panel arrangements for utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.

Conduct site visits to gather project data and assess feasibility.

Prepare detailed bills of materials (BOMs) and layout plans.

Ensure designs align with electrical codes standards and DISCOM requirements.

Create and maintain project documentation and design reports.
-
Coordinate closely with project managers engineering teams and contractors.
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with PVsyst or similar simulation tools

Strong knowledge of electrical switchgear inverters solar panels and related systems
-
Experienced in load calculations system sizing and solar design best practices
-
Understanding of BIS/IEC standards and safety regulations
Qualifications:
-
B.E./ in Electrical Engineering or related field

2 4 years of relevant experience in ground-mounted solar design

Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
