About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Data Conversion Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in Workday HCM modules and a strong understanding of data conversion validation and reporting processes. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate data migration and integrity during Workday implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute data conversion activities for Workday HCM Recruiting Advanced Compensation and Absence Management modules.
- Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Worksheets for seamless data import/export operations.
- Perform thorough data validation and debugging to ensure accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
- Interpret and work with Workday organizational structures including supervisory orgs and org charts.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver highquality outputs.
- Develop or support Workday custom reports and dashboards as needed.
- Provide support during UAT and cutover phases for data conversionrelated issues.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 23 years of handson experience with Workday HCM Recruiting Advanced Compensation and Absence Management.
- Strong expertise in EIBs Workday Worksheets and Org Chart structures.
- Proven debugging and data validation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Workday data models and reporting tools (e.g. Workday Report Writer Calculated Fields).
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is a strong plus.
