Internal Communications Specialist

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gasesis a leading provider of cryogenic pumps heat exchangers process systems services and solutions for the LNG and industrial gases industry. This roles primary responsibilities include developing and publishing content via internal communications channels coordinating communications initiatives and tactics with regional contacts developing and executing tactical communications plans and working closely with the External Communications team to ensure alignment in messages and efforts across stakeholders and channels.

Contributions include but are not limited to

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization including key messaging communication channels and tactics
• Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication are clear consistent and aligned with the companys goals and values
• Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture
• Maintain internal communications calendar
• Develop network of key organizational contacts around the world to provide content and updates
• Manage and develop content for company intranet
• Develop content in partnership with key organizational stakeholders
• Act as primary point of contact for intranet homepage channel
• Advise internal departments on creation and publication of content to their intranet sites and partner on creation of initial pages if needed
• Develop and execute projectbased internal communications plans incorporating all channels including intranet email updates newsletters events videos and presentations
• Serve as point of contact for project requests from key organizational stakeholders
• Manage internal brand requests to include logo distribution branded merchandise and marketing collateral
• Ensure brand standards are upheld and that appropriate parties approve materials
• Facilitate asset gathering (style guides graphics product photography etc.)
• Manage and develop content for internal digital signage
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture

• Excellent written communication skills
• Excels in creative and innovative thinking and problem solving
• History of experience that highlights creativity selfmotivation resourcefulness and initiative
• Ability to prioritize juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines both as an individual contributor and team member
• Strong project management skills including the ability to motivate others and keep projects on task
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Demonstrates an understanding of and passion for the consumer
• Excellent customer service organizational analytical negotiation and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel PowerPoint Sharepoint and Outlook
• Availability and flexibility to work with stakeholders around the world (manage time and workday hours)
• Light travel may be required (events sales summits conferences etc.)
