POSITION SUMMARY
The Neighbor Services Coordinator will play an important role in facilitating criticallyneeded programs services and case management for SVdP GA neighbors served throughout the state. The Coordinator is a pivotal member of the frontfacing Vincentian Services team working directly with our neighbors in need while providing administrative support to build efficiencies support staff and volunteer caseworkers and allow for depth of resource. The position reports to the Council Casework Manager with some indirect reporting to the Vincentians Services Manager who supports volunteer caseworkers in parishbased chapters. The coordinator must be resourceful an effective communicator and problemsolver comfortable working with mature volunteers and able to remain calm in stressful situations. The Coordinator will effectively use Microsoft forms Excel Canva and other tools to facilitate program registrations tracking reporting and communications.

Job Responsibilities:
CouncilBased Program Support: 60%
- Create manage and implement protocols to document and prioritize Councilbased assistance line calls and online requests as directed by Council Casework Manager
- Help grow participation and offerings of Chambleebased workshops and educational programs for neighbors to access inperson or virtually
- Work with existing and prospective resource partners to coordinate events and programs
- Create online registration forms; track program registrations and manage followup communications
- Create flyers website and email communications to bring awareness of resources available to volunteer case managers
- Work with Outreach and Engagement Manager to recruit volunteers for program execution
- Help develop and implement a neighbors survey to gauge response to Councilbased programs
- Provide limited case management services for neighbors visiting the Chambleebased Council support center.
- Fill in and support as needed the support center intake process front desk reception and phone duties
- Field questions from neighbors and volunteers
- Enter case notes and data into CMS data management system
- Create and deliver weekly reports from a combination of online and offline data resources
Member VolunteerBased Program Support: 40%
- Field questions from volunteer case managers about available resources and processes to access resources
- Research potential partnerships to support volunteer caseworkers
- Document and communicate neighbor complaints working with Vincentian Services Manager on follow up action
- Work with Vincentian Services Communications Director to ensure programs are being promoted and communicated to appropriate audiences
- As requested by Vincentian Services Manager support Member Volunteer casework requests for resources information
- Provide administrative and communications support for Member services as directed by Vincentian Services Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- BiLingual Spanish/English preferred
- 35 years experience in nonprofit /social service setting preferred
- Administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Forms Excel Word Power Point and Canva. WordPress experience a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively / communicate effectively with team members
- High degree of ethical standards
- Willingness to agree to SVdPs faithbased approach to supporting the dignity of all life
- Strong customer support and people skills
- Even tempered ability to deescalate and work well with people in crisis situations
- Possess attention to detail and followthrough
- Ability to be flexible multitask and organize priorities while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds.

Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors sounds and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally. Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
This position works primarily in an inperson office environment Monday Friday during normal business hours and also requires onsite visits to program participants homes or SVdP program housing locations. This staffer may be required to be available on nights and weekends for meetings and other special events.
Compensation:
