What You Will Do:
The Business Analyst offers functional and indepth analysis in support of project scope and objectives. Utilizes problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes and assist in the creation of process improvements. Provides ongoing quality checks on work in progress in conjunction with the engagement manager to help avoid costly or disruptive errors. Leads projects from start to finish and demonstrates an ownership mentality with objectives and overcoming challenges. Develops a thorough understanding of the customers requirements and applies industry best practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process meeting or exceeding the functional requirements.
The Business Analyst works handinhand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements as well as supports the development team to translate the vision of the customers requirements and help with configuration of the solution. Participates in the planning and execution of testing efforts.
The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires selfmotivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients senior management as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency business development client service and people development
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust
Bachelors degree
Entry level business analyst experience
Excellent organizational skills
Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
Creative problemsolving ability and a consultancy mindset
What Would Be Nice To Have:
DHS TSA or aviation industry experience
Active DHS badge
TSA system engineering lifecycle (SELC) experience
TSA testing and evaluation experience
