Job Title: Business Analyst
Experience: 4 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document high level and detailed business and system requirements from business and ICT
- Gather and document high level and detailed business and system requirements from business and ICT stakeholders for projects & initiatives.
- Develop Non-functional requirements.
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE Business process documentation and Functional specifications.
- Support project team in the delivery of initiatives through to transformational programs.
- Select and use effective business analysis and communication techniques to envisage elicit analyse model and communicate proposed approaches and outcomes.
- Input and reviewing solution design documents.
- Contribute to the development of business cases case for change documenting the business benefits with multiple options/solutions modelled and evaluated.
- Develop UAT Plans and Support User acceptance testing quality assurance.
- Development of change management plans to ensure easier adoption of the technology solution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project team members internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continually improve and evolve business analysis practices and tools to drive team productivity.
- Working in Agile Waterfall and blended methodology environments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Perform impact analysis and risk management.
- Continuously improve the business analysis capability and assist with standardising the artefacts and processes.
- Manage coordinate and effectively communicate with all stakeholders and provide inputs to projects and its impacts.
- Represent the business concerns and requirements to the technical team to drive outcomes that meet the business requirements.
Skills Required:
- 4 years experience in business analysis eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience delivering transformational programs.
- Expertise across various technology implementation projects (For example - CRM ERP)
- Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodology User Acceptance Testing Quality assurance and Change Management.
- Experience in HR Finance and Supply chain domain will be highly regarded
- Experience in business case development
- Experience in developing UAT Plans and support UAT activities quality assurance
