Job Description

Be responsible for the largest and fastest growing acquisition channel for Amazon Business in India. Telemarketing channel is the most exciting sales channel requiring work with multiple agency partners driving new programs increasing efficiency and scaling the channel

Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and lead telemarketing for B2B business. You will have responsibility for acquiring new customers to Amazon Business (driving signups) activating the customers to purchase products at Amazon Business site and making customers adopt key programs that drive more shopping on Amazon Business. The ideal candidate will be results oriented and also have the ability to innovate and design processes to engage with our business customers.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the telemarketing charter with existing and new partners/agencies and deliver the acquisition goals
Improve productivity of sales agents in collaboration with agency/partners through interventions on lead pool (identify right sources) training script improvement rigorous tracking and reviews
Identify ways to improve quality of acquisition that drives more revenue/customer
Drive loyalty with customers through newer retention programs
Improve CX for customers by improving training for agents and launch audit mechanisms to track progress
Unlock new partnerships/agencies that can add growth and negotiate on payout models to drive efficiency for Amazon
Drive marketing interventions on collaterals programs that improve conversion on the channel
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly tracking and reporting of agency partner performance and review with leadership teams internally on channel health and performance

3 years of sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
