The Amazon Gift Cards & Incentives team is seeking an innovative and customercentric leader to manage the reseller channel of Amazon Incentives across EU. The candidate will have to manage a team in different countries that are in charge of building new ways for resellers to benefit from the numerous solutions supported by Amazon Gift Cards in EU. These include the use of Amazon Gift Cards and Prime Subscriptions as incentives for customer acquisition in loyalty programs and as employee rewards as well as seamless and costeffective enterprise solutions for the largescale disbursement of benefits.
The individual will be an important member of the European Corporate Gift Card leadership team responsible for accelerating growth and profitability in the B2B reseller channel by building longterm relationships with customers and by investing in the right solutions over time.
Core Responsibilities of the role include:
Understanding client needs to develop effective customer value propositions and to innovate on behalf of customers
Developing reseller sector and use case strategies to effectively prioritize
the teams efforts
Negotiating and executing large reseller contracts that are aligned with longterm strategic objectives
Managing executives and workinglevel relationships with large resellers
Driving effective and efficient collaboration with senior stakeholders within Amazon
Balancing topline and bottomline impacts for sustained growth
Developing and growing talent on the team
Bachelors/Master Degree
Experience within the Gift Cards B2B industry
7/8 years experience in sales or business development experience selling enterprise solutions
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
Proven leadership of diverse teams
Problem solving and strong attention to detail
Strong project management skills and experience working with crossfunctional teams
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fastpaced dynamic environment; strong bias for action
Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment
Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills highly consultative and solutionsoriented.
