A day in the life
- Machine start up experience or an aptitude to learn machinery
- Always onestepahead of everyone else in the room
- Reading and communicating plans and using it to measure achievable goals and Key Performance Indicators for the rest of the team
- Communicating across all levels of the business from managers to senior management orauditors and contractors
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Responsible for the safe operation of heavy machinery
- Common sensical approach to their surroundings and work environment
- Adaptable to last minute unexpected changes to plans and able to pivot and go with the flow
- Excellent communicator
- Able to multitask and move swiftly without compromising safety
- A fun person to work with!
