A private medical group located in Thousand Oaks California is seeking a BE/BC Critical Care physician to join their collegial environment. The affiliated hospital hosts residency programs with residents participating in ICU rotations throughout the year. As a Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke center the facility is equipped with an onsite trauma surgery services and offers full capabilities for interventional bronchoscopy services for both inpatient and outpatient care among other services. The ideal candidate will engage in Graduate Medical Education (GME) by teaching residents. The call schedule involves 12hour shifts at a single hospital location. Should the physician wish to incorporate pulmonary practice into their role this can potentially be arranged.
Qualified Candidates:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Critical Care with a preference for candidates with a Pulmonary background
Licensed to practice in California
Willingness to teach residents
Demonstrated professionalism
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Multilingual skills are advantageous
