We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our team. If youre passionate about cars have a keen eye for detail and want to work in a fastpaced environment this role is for you!
As a Quick Lane Service Technician you will be responsible for providing efficient and highquality automotive maintenance services for our customers. This is a customerfocused position where you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. We are only looking for someone who wants to before a premier A tech! We will train to get you there!
Perform oil changes tire rotations brake inspections fluid checks and other routine maintenance services.
Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding the status of vehicle services.
Ensure that all services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns professionally.
Stay uptodate on product knowledge service procedures and technology advancements.
High School diploma or equivalent.
ASE certification (preferred but not required).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Previous automotive service experience (Quick Lane lube or tire tech experience preferred).
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
