Job Summary:
Reporting to the Employee Relations Supervisor the Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation of multiple administrative and entry level ER functions. The ER Coordinator partners
with the ER team to support an employeeoriented highperformance culture which emphasizes quality productivity and
standards goal attainment and ongoing development. This position provides high quality proactive and professional daytoday
service to internal partners.
Essential Functions:
Work in partnership with Employee Relations Team to support ER/HR administrative functions
Send accommodation emails reminders and tracking deadlines in the HR case management system
Maintain accommodation tracker and reporting
Assisting Employee Relations team with Drug Test Exceptions/Extensions
Assisting with fielding general COVID19 exemptions
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by HR team
Courteously and promptly answer accommodationrelated phone calls and emails received while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Accurately and expediently identify issues that require escalation to ER Manager and/or Senior ER Manager
Pull and review all relevant medical documentation in connection with accommodations
Perform or assist with other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
23 years of experience in Human Resources with some experience in Employee Relations preferred
Bachelors degree preferred (Will consider balance of education and experience)
Skills/Abilities:

Salary Range:
$34500 $51700
The position is bonus eligible
InOffice Requirement:
Required inoffice presence at least 4 days per week.
Location is flexible within the USA (Field office close to candidates location) will support West Coast Region (8am 5pm PST).
