    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Participates in SAP implementation and support activities. Responsible for analyzing problems and developing test and resolution strategies.

    STARTING SALARY HIRING RANGE:
    $32.49 $43.83
    $65579 $91166

    CLASS DESCRIPTION

    Performs intermediate professional level technology and communication services work under general supervision from an administrative or technical superior. Work includes administering data bases and developing data processing systems and computer programs for user departments; providing intermediate level computer programming software maintenance and systems design; and writing updating or revising and documenting programs. Work also includes interacting with user department personnel; software vendors developing systems performance specifications; and estimating resource requirements based on functional specifications.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.

    Prepare training materials and conduct trainings for endusers on current business processes implemented and new developments.

    Lead support for any new SAP implementation that will have any integration with Purchasing. SAP support to endusers for Purchasing and Inventory.

    Be part of the design testing documentation and training team on any new SAP implementation and upgrades.

    Design test and support new reports and interfaces Maintain master data for Purchasing.

    Responsible for analyzing problems and resolution strategies Functions independently on major tasks.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    Bachelors degree and one (1) year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
