Job Descripon: Verv Global Engineering Centre Pune is looking for dynamic and experienced BIM MEPF Team Lead with wellversed in basic coordinaon with all trades to work closely in with BIM Manager. We are seeking an experienced and movated BIM Team Lead to oversee and manage our BIM projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construcon/Data Center industry with a strong background in BIM methodologies and soware. This role requires excellent leadership skills technical experse and the ability to drive project success through effecve team management and coordinaon. In addion to these dues the BIM Team lead also responsible for training new members on BIM process Maintaining BIM models throughout project life cycle and developing BIM tools and templates on Revit Family/Content Creaon using the Revit tool for the Data Centers and other Verv Products. He/ she will be responsible to deliver quality deliverables as per the organizaons standards. Work closely with different LoBs and stakeholders to meet deadlines. He should ensure all team related mesheet quality plan project updates on me. Job Specificaons: Must have full me bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) Must have 10 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit. Must have 5 years of experience in BIM coordinaon (Revit families and Revit projects) Must have 3 years of experience handling BIM team. Must have Design & domain knowledge of MEP engineering systems for data centers. Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and specialists fostering a collaborave and innovave work environment. Must oversee the integraon of BIM process with project workflow ensuring seamless collaboraon between all service engineers and customers. Review and validate BIM models for accuracy compliance and completeness. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance BIM proficiency of team members. Provide technical guidance and support for BIM soware and tools including Revit AutoCAD Navisworks Dynamo. Strong understanding of BIM principles and pracces. Setup and manage large sheets set including revisions and markups for each project. Plot drawings to pdf & dwg. Work with clients during preconstrucon phase to build the 3D models 2D Shop Drawings As Built and Submial drawings. Proficiency in Dynamo Scripng & APIs to create custom tools and workflows that address specific project needs is required. Knowledge of COBie implementaon and 4D to 7D deliverable at LOD 350. Supervise and contribute to create Revit content/families and oversee maintenance of family libraries according to relevant projects and Verv Products. Create and maintain all BIM documentaon not limited to BEP MOM LOD matrix. Excellent in English communicaon and prestaon skills. Strong Conceptual problem solving and Analycal Skills. Demonstrate posive atude high ethics and a working successfully under pressure in a meconstrained environment. In this role you will be responsible for ulizing APIs to integrate BIM data with other project management tools. This will streamline workflows enhance informaon sharing across disciplines and ulmately improve project efficiency. Communicate effecvely with all project stakeholders.
