Your role
We are looking for an experiencedCategory / Product Innovation Manager Pet Food & Pet Food Supplements to lead and drive our product development initiatives within the dynamic global supplements market.
For this role we are seeking senior professionals with a background in Animal Nutrition Food Science Chemistry or related fields along with hands-on experience in the product development of pet food supplements particularly incapsule formats. In this pivotal position you will oversee the end-to-end process of developing and optimizing innovative supplement products from initial concept and formulation through to successful market launch.

- Own and manage thepet food & pet food supplements category driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization from start to finish!
- Develop cutting edge products that set new standards in your category!
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D Regulatory Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends consumer insights and competitive landscape within the global supplement space
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in strong collaboration with Marketing
- Bring in your eCommerce & digital marketing insights to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels
- Monitor product performance post-launch recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements
Your profile
- Proven experience (5 years) in Product Management Product Innovation Product Development NPD or R&D (research and development) within the animal food / dietary supplements nutraceuticals or broader FMCG sector
- Deep knowledge of formulating / developing pet food supplements and related animal health & wellness products
- Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior retail experience is a plus!
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution as well as excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements
