Job Description

- Post invoices and customer agreements.
- Handle job costing and data entry.
- Perform Accounts Receivable tasks such as reporting and bad debt recovery.
- Process payments.
- Help maintain filing scanning and document retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting required.
- Some experience with collections greatly preferred.
- Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
- Experience using Excel required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are a necessity.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
