Key Responsibilities:
Perform urologic procedure as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage treatment plans
Provide followup care and ongoing management for chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills with a patientcentered approach
