Were looking for a talented detailoriented Helpdesk Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the IT MANAGER this role will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as firstline support via phone email and inperson.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows macOS
- Daytoday issues such as application performance audio and common office applications and more.
- Perform remote diagnostics and onsite support as needed.
- Record and track support requests through our ticketing system.
- Educate employees on basic IT usage and security policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the IT System Administrator.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance IT support and service delivery.
- Remain available for oncall support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Certification (or equivalent) is required.
- 13 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems mobile devices and basic networking.
- Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Patient customerfocused and highly motivated to learn.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation Range: $55k/yr $65k/yr
