What You Will Get To Do:
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of Plum product services by acting as the Knowledge Specialist (SME) for productrelated systems and processes. This role supports internal stakeholders external vendors and partners in maintaining and delivering updates while also enabling client service teams through expert guidance. A key focus is identifying and driving improvements that align with a more clientfirst approach to operations.
Act as the key operational Knowledge Specialist supporting Plum Operations and Workplace Super Core Client First teams.
Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to deliver effective solutions for complex scenarios.
Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating and leading meetings with both internal and external parties.
Support team capability uplift by contributing to the design and delivery of training and coaching programs.
Develop and maintain process documentation and internal knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with business and client needs.
Contribute to projects and audits including product updates regulatory changes and internal/external audit requirements.
Identify process gaps and opportunities to enhance the client experience through a Client First lens.
What You Will Bring:
Solid understanding of Superannuation fundamentals with preferred experience in Plum Operations Cashiering and New Business processes.
Proven ability to engage influence and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Indepth knowledge of systems including SUPERB PACE and AWD.
Strong expertise in Plum Superannuation and Pension product offerings.
Skilled in designing and delivering effective training sessions and presentations.
Excellent written communication and analytical thinking skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and managing smalltomedium projects.
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
