DescriptionJoin our front office team as a Front Office Lead and play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will assist with front desk operations train staff resolve guest issues and ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires strong leadership skills a passion for customer service and a thorough understanding of hotel procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist with front desk checkin/out and reservation calls.
- Train front office agents on hotel policies procedures and property management systems.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
- Resolve guest complaints and disputes effectively.
- Ensure that exceptional guest service is consistently provided.
- Perform all shiftrelated duties.
- Maintain a close working relationship with management and employees.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of hotel and guest service experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and guide the work of others.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
