Job Description
Job Title: STIBO MDM Lead Consultant
Location: Torrance CA - Remote
Duration: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of Stibo STEP solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements data governance policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints data models workflows and system documentation.
- Define and enforce MDM standards guidelines and best practices.
- Data Modeling and Integration:
- Design and implement complex data models within Stibo STEP to support various business domains (e.g. product customer supplier).
- Develop and manage data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM eCommerce).
- Ensure data quality consistency and accuracy across all systems.
- Solution Development and Deployment:
- Lead the development and deployment of custom Stibo STEP solutions including workflows business rules data validation rules and user interfaces.
- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.
- Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor and analyze Stibo STEP system performance identify and resolve bottlenecks and optimize system configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Stibo STEP related issues.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders data stewards IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and development.
- Proven track record of designing implementing and maintaining complex Stibo STEP solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling data integration and data governance principles.
- Experience with data migration data quality management and data cleansing.
Certifications:
- Required: Stibo STEP Certified Solution Architect
