Quadient is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sales efforts in Germany for Beanworks our industryleading Accounts Payable automation solution. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies building a highperforming team of Partner Managers and Telesales professionals and driving revenue growth through both direct and indirect channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the AP automation market particularly in the competitive landscape against players like Sage.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a gotomarket strategy for the SME segment in Germany focused on scaling Beanworks adoption.
- Recruit lead and mentor a team of Partner Managers and Telesales Representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Drive new business sales through both direct customer engagement and a network of channel partners and resellers.
- Build strong relationships with key partners ensuring alignment in messaging pipeline development and coselling activities.
- Establish a scalable and repeatable sales process that enables rapid customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities (notably Sage) to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership and continuously optimize sales performance.
Your Profile
- 7 years in B2B sales leadership with a strong track record in the SaaS space.
- Experience selling finance or ERPrelated software (e.g. AP automation accounting tools or procurement solutions).
- Proven success in building and managing highperforming hybrid sales teams (partner and telesales).
- Strategic thinker with handson execution capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the German SME market and SaaS buying behaviors.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Datadriven and processoriented with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
Desirable
- Experience working in or selling against Sage or similar competitors.
- Familiarity with accounts payable automation and/or financial operations.
