Payroll Administrator

Were excited about the innovation required to aid in the production of the crops farmers grow to feed the world and we currently have an open opportunity for you as a Payroll Administrator. This is a one year term with the opportunity to become permanent in a role where you willmanage the payroll process for all employees and support various HR functions.
In This Role You Will:
Prepare verify and process payroll related payments for all employees
Review timesheet approvals and adjust with supervisors as required.
Prepare payroll related filings and supporting documentations such as yearend tax statements pension and Records of Employment
Maintain and update employee information
Administer benefits including pension plan and group benefits
Support employees with payroll and benefit inquiries
Provide an exceptional employee experience as you onboard new employees.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies procedures or processes
Were looking for:
Working towards or completed a certificate/degree in Payroll is preferred although a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience working in a Payroll functions.
Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professionalism and a teamoriented collaborative attitude.
The ability to thrive in change and a passion for continuous improvement.
Digital technology skills with MS Office payroll software and/or HRIS.
Excellent planning organizational and problemsolving skills.
Clear concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
CPHR CPHR Candidate PCP or CPM designations are considered an asset.
