DescriptionOneTouch Direct is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Senior Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. In this role you will be instrumental in managing the endtoend payroll process for our organization ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation while adhering to relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and processing of the biweekly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate payroll records and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR accounting and other departments to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Generate payroll reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on changes in payroll laws and best practices to enhance payroll operations.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Indepth knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with ADP is a plus.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
