Join a Trailblazer in Legal Innovation Estate Lawyer Wanted

Location: Sydney Australia (Hybrid 3 days inoffice)
Type: Fulltime (Open to 4day work week)

A leading legal technology company is seeking a Sydneybased Estate Lawyer to join their newly formed Estate Law Division. This is a unique opportunity to shape innovative software solutions for wills probate and estate administration. Youll collaborate with a crossfunctional team to redefine how legal professionals workhelping deliver tools that make legal processes smarter faster and more accessible.

Who Youll Work With A Visionary Agile Team

This newly created team is guided by experienced leaders and built on a culture of collaboration innovation and a shared mission to transform estate law. Blending legal insight with technical excellence the group works closely to ensure every solution meets the needs of legal professionals.

Collaboration takes place inoffice three days a week at the Sydney hubwhere youll join forces in whiteboarding sessions workflow refinements and creative problemsolving. The culture values adaptability diverse workstyles and bold thinking.

Your Mission

As the inhouse estate law expert your role will bridge the gap between legal practice and product innovation. You will:

Provide deep domain knowledge on estate law across all Australian jurisdictions

Translate complex legal processes into datadriven design guides

Build and leverage a network of estate law professionals for insights and feedback

Partner with product and engineering teams throughout discovery and delivery

Support gotomarket strategies and collaborate with leading integration partners

Represent the business at national events and legal seminars

    What You Bring

    A law degree and 5 years of experience in estate law practice

    Solid understanding of legal technologies and practice management systems (LEAP Smokeball etc.)

    Exceptional research and analytical thinking

    Proven ability to thrive in collaborative fastpaced environments

    Passion for legal innovation and improving legal workflows
