Job Description
Minnovation AB is expanding its network of freelance headhunters to support talent needs across Europe and the Middle East. Were looking for experienced sourcing professionals who work independently and are confident delivering strong candidate pipelines without internal systems or support.
About the Role:
When a role aligns with your expertise or candidate pool well reach out and invite you to support the search. Assignments are shared as they come in based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates based on role briefs
- Present vetted profiles ready for review
- Maintain responsive communication with the Minnovation team
- Earn commission upon successful candidate placement
Ideal Profile:
- Registered freelancer or operating through your own company
- Access to sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter AmazingHiring internal databases)
- Strong track record in headhunting especially for midtosenior roles
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow
- Familiar with projectbased commissiononly engagements
