We are seeking a resultsdriven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives at a fastgrowing Silicon Valleybased telecom/IT company. This is not a coordination rolewere looking for someone who can own projects endtoend develop campaigns manage performance and make datadriven decisions to support lead generation brand presence and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring handson experience with online advertising eventbased campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives in a B2B environmentpreferably within technology telecom or IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Online Advertising Campaigns
Plan build and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Facebook and other digital platforms. Manage ad creatives budgets targeting and performance optimization.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Develop and execute strategies to drive highquality inbound leads. Monitor performance and continuously optimize conversion paths using A/B testing and analytics insights.
Marketing Project Management
Own the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineering operations) to align messaging and timelines.
Brand Consistency & Content Oversight
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints including paid ads landing pages presentations and email campaigns.
Partner Portal & Content Systems
Oversee updates and organization of partnerfacing platforms. Manage templates and digital assets for internal and external use.
Event & Webinar Campaigns
Lead marketing efforts for tradeshows partner webinars and local tech eventsincluding promotion registration and followup.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics CRM tools and ad platforms. Generate monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field (MBA a plus).
5 years of proven marketing experience in B2B preferably in IT Telecom SaaS or MSP industries.
Strong handson experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Facebook Ads and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp).
Proficiency with Google Analytics Tag Manager and SEO/SEM strategies.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) Canva and project management tools (e.g. Asana ).
Solid copywriting and creative briefing skills.
Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities based on campaign performance and ROI.
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills with a cando attitude and high attention to detail.
