Job Description:
As an Advertising Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating project timelines working closely with the creative and marketing teams and ensuring that advertising materials are delivered on time and meet client specifications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Coordinate project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met within deadlines.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign materials are aligned with client expectations.
Monitor and track the progress of active campaigns adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
Communicate with vendors and media partners to secure advertising space and negotiate rates.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to management.
Support the advertising team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising or marketing coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
