We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Cleveland. This position plays a critical role in planning coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills along with a resultsoriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Support the sales team with lead generation activities and sales enablement tools
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Manage and update marketing materials presentations and product information
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies
Assist in planning promotional events and trade shows
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination
Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Familiarity with market research techniques and marketing performance metrics
Experience working in a fastpaced team environment
