Sociaxe is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging coordinating outreach efforts and assisting in the development of written content to effectively represent our clients and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and proofread press releases internal memos newsletters and client communication materials
Coordinate and schedule outreach initiatives and stakeholder communications
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure messaging alignment
Maintain communication calendars and track deliverables
Support event planning and public relations efforts
Monitor and report on communication performance metrics
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of communication platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
