Hi! Im Wilfried Head of Talent Acquisition here at zooplus and Im looking for a new team member whos passionate about people strategy and making great hiring happen. Were not just posting jobswere building a talent magnet. And this is where you come in.

As a (Junior) Recruiter youll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers a strategic partner to HR and a champion for candidate experience. Whether youre filling niche tech roles or scaling our commercial teams youll be at the heart of our growth story.
This is more than filling positions. Its about building relationships shaping hiring strategies and helping amazing people find a home at zooplus.
What youll do
- Own the full recruitment cycle across a variety of functions across our different offices in Europe (Munich HQ Krakow Madrid London Vienna)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design sourcing strategies that deliver
- Write job ads that actually make people want to apply
- Drive candidate experience with empathy communication and transparency
- Use data to guide decisionmaking measure success and continuously improve
- Act as a brand ambassadortelling our story in a way that resonates with top talent
Qualifications :
- Experience in endtoend recruiting (inhouse or agencywere open!)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for sourcing storytelling and the candidate journey
- Youre proactive organized and love working at pace
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
