Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
Liaise with suppliers warehouse staff and project managers to ensure timelines are met
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (packing lists invoices etc.)
Monitor transport performance and cost efficiency
Receiving processing labelling and storing incoming stock
Operating stock management tools
Qualifications :
Proven experience in logistics supply chain or dispatch coordination (manufacturing background preferred)
Forklift license essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and problemsolve under pressure
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
