We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant Level 1 to join our team. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive and professional environment.
Position Overview:
As a Chiropractic Assistant Level 1 you will play a critical role in patient care and the daytoday operations of our practice. Your responsibilities will include conducting specialized exams and supporting front desk operations ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Perform patient exams including thermography orthopedic assessments vitals and posture scans.
- Support chiropractors during patient examsas needed.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Answer phones address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments and manage basic patient account tasks.
- Assist with patient intake and basic interactions to foster a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Chiropractic Assistant Level 1 Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patientfocused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of front desk operations including scheduling phone etiquette and payment processing.
- Chiropractic experience.
- HIPAA compliance knowledge.
Preferred:
- Currently pursuing or holding a Chiropractic Assistant Level 2 Certification.
