ABOUT APAC Graduate ProgramLeadership Experience and Accelerated Development (LEAD)
The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development.
The program has a comprehensive framework depending on your chosen field that covers onthejob training through subfunctional and crossfunctional rotations stretch assignments and learning and training.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE : As LEAD Associate SUPPLY CHAIN
- You will rotate within cross functions like Operations Supply ChainSales Marketing
- Each rotation can vary from 6 to 8 months.
- You will be working on live crucial projects that impact our day to day business.
- You will develop your technical functional and leadership skills.
- You will have a training curriculum to develop your leadership skills.
- You will be assigned a Mentor.

- SHL Online Assessment
- 60 mins Interview with Hiring Manager & Human Resources Manager.
- Face to Face Assessment Centre Prep Day in mid June
- Face to Face Assessment Centre in mid June.
Qualifications :
- 0 2 years of work experience
- Degree is any of the following fields : Business Logistics Supply Chain Science Technology Engineering MathematicsCommunication Psychology Social Sciences
- You must be able to Join us in the 1st week of Aug 2025.
