Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager position based in our Pozna Poland or Hedehusene Denmark locations.

Your future team:

You will become part of the Group Supply Chain team - a strong team of colleagues from various functions dedicated to defining the future key processes of ROCKWOOL. With our ambition to be more efficient maximise capacity and become even more customer-oriented we have started a Business Transformation Programme where you will be a key person in defining our Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Take a leading role in defining and developing ROCKWOOLs Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes as part of a major Business Transformation Programme
  • Act as a business process owner supporting the creation and maintenance of both high-level process overviews and detailed documentation
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT marketing supply chain and customer service to drive cross-functional improvement projects
  • Lead and contribute to global improvement initiatives focused on harmonising operations and building best practices across our operating companies
  • Travel up to 50 days per year to engage with local teams and support implementation activities
  • Bring structure clarity and innovation to complex global processes always with the end-customer experience in mind.

Although you will have no direct leadership responsibilities you will be key in driving projects and engaging with colleagues from within the supply chain and in our operating companies to execute the implementation.

What you bring:

  • 510 years of experience in operational supply chain or customer service roles within large international organisations
  • Proven knowledge of supply chain operations and customer service operations including ERP systems and claims handling processes
  • A masters degree in business engineering data science or similar (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to understand map and optimise complex processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - fluency in English is required; another major language is a plus
  • A proactive structured and collaborative working style
  • Experience with global process ownership or transformation programs is a strong advantage.
