Job Description
We are looking for a Project Leader with testing capabilitites
In the role as project leader you will:
- Manage projects within set frames for scope time budget including oorganizing and leading people.
- Take responsibility of the project and deliver agreed result according to purpose goals and scope of the project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure a successful delivery of the project
- Communicate with key resources and secure awareness support ownership and alignment.
The role will also include leading test in few of our bigger projects. We see the importance of securing test management as a natural part of developing and implementing new solutions.
As a test leader you will:
- Lead the planning and execution of test strategy (including testing approach testing scenarios conditions and expected results test scripts and testing control sheets).
- Contribute to all required testing deliverables including testing approach testing scenarios conditions and expected results test scripts and testing control sheets.
- Establish definition and delivery on testing requirements through engaging and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders such as for example solution owners architects process leads.
Qualifications :
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for you who are enthusiastic about developing and implementing new solutions. You have good leadership skills are structured and driven. Preferably you have experience from working with Operational Technology (OT) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and tools.
You understand the IKEA value chain IKEA culture and have experience from working in an international and culturally diverse work environment.

Additional Information :
Location for this position is in Malm or any of our IKEA Industry units in our 6 countries (Slovakia Sweden Lithuania China Portugal Hungary or Poland).
The position requires global travel (50 travel days yearly).
