Job Description:
Commercial & business development
Identify business opportunities and manage a pipeline of NEVIO prospects across regions.
Act as a trusted advisor to develop a comprehensive customer engagement process from initial contact to final agreement including RFI/RFP responses and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like product management engineering and sales to define processes.
Keep the customers values interests and challenges at the forefront.
Deliver powerful market messaging and engage with customer teams up to Clevel highlighting the value of Nevio capabilities.
Provide proactive recommendations on scope solutions and commercial offers to maximize Nevio business growth.
Use metrics to measure sales performance support decisionmaking and drive cost and time efficiency.
Business & solution acumen
Develop a thorough understanding of Nevio capabilities their link to our Offer & Order Management Consumer & Travel Seller touchpoints and datadriven technology to effectively engage with various customers or internal audiences at all levels.
Demonstrate business and solution expertise in customer relationships from assessing needs to negotiation and closing.
Establish and manage an ongoing knowledge process for Nevio capabilities and promote them to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in industry forums as needed.
Business domain strategy
Lead Nevio strategy alignment with customer goals and challenges.
Identify and address major business trends opportunities and threats strategically.
Influence Nevio offer and strategy through insights from business opportunities and customer engagements.
Establish and manage knowledge sharing on Nevio capabilities supporting regional expertise and excellence.
Develop synergies across business domains based on maturity and requirements analysis.
Coordinate with other BDs for aligned plans strategies and enhanced market messaging.
Leadership
Build trust with key stakeholders at all levels.(internal and external)
Report customer engagements to top management.
Lead and design business development practices.
Pursue excellence in customerfacing interactions.
